UTM'S INVESTIGATION FILE IS NOT MISSING

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has dispersed all the allegations that it has lost the United Transformation Movement (UTM)'s statement file that was filed on how the party managed to procure 44 vehicles.

Speaking in an interview, ACB's spokesperson Egrita Ndala has cleared out all the allegations that the "statement" made by Gosten Chinseu requesting the ACB to investigate the source of funding for UTM's procured vehicles is not missing but was merely misplaced.

"So it is not like a file is missing. There's no missing file and the investigation is going well" said Ndala citing that the investigation is still in progress.

"It is just a statement not a file, I want to correct that" added Ndala. "We would like to assure Malawians that we are continuing with the investigation and we will let them know when that investigation is completed" concluded the Anti-Corruption Bureau spokesperson Egrita Ndala.
