Minister of Tourism, Culture and Wildlife Michael Usi has blamed individuals in the government to be responsible for the hardships that most Malawians are lamenting.
Usi says that there are government individuals in different offices that are causing these hardships deliberately. He cited the incessant blackouts and passport Issuance to be examples on how the government individuals are intentionally igniting the hardships.
He said this during a United Transformation Movement (UTM) rally that was held in Nyambadwe Primary School ground in Blantyre yesterday.
In his speech, Usi pledges to Minister of Energy Ibrahim Matola not to cry for the incessant blackouts but let those behind the blackout do the crying.
Among other things highlighted in his speech, Usi promises Malawians that he will talk to President Lazarus Chakwera directly as a way of delivering the issues affecting Malawians to him.
